I had an amazing experience with Luisa! She is extremely professional and pays incredible attention to detail. I got a gel manicure with builder, and the result was absolutely beautiful—very thorough, clean, and perfectly done. She took her time and made sure everything looked flawless. Luisa is also super friendly and gave great recommendations, and I received so many compliments thanks to her suggestions. I couldn’t be happier with my nails and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend her! 💅✨

Horrible experience. I came for builder gel; I had three nails broken in less than a week. Instead of refunding me so I can go somewhere else, the forced me to come back for repair and they made it even worse. My long nails are all broken now. They ruined them and made them brittle. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Lorismel is an incredibly talented nail tech! She is patient, fun, and truly takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. Her attention to detail and creativity really show in her work, and she makes the entire experience enjoyable and relaxing. I always leave loving my nails and smiling. Highly recommend Lorismel to anyone looking for beautiful nails and great vibes! The only downside is that you honestly never know clearly what you are paying at the end nor do they have a detailed receipt unless you ask every single time.

I’ve been seeing Ana at Cuteticles Loft for a while now and she is great! I always bring Ana pictures and we look at the best colors to achieve what I want. She is thorough, gentle, and does amazing designs - just make sure you book design time when you’re making an appointment! Cuteticles as a salon is also great. It’s clean, organized, and the entire staff is nice. I’ve also gotten pedicures and waxing and have never had a complaint!

Had a terrible experience this morning with Martha, I went in for a matte black gel manicure. Not only did she cut my nails down to the skin of my fingertips, but when my nails were finished I told her I can see the marks from the paint brush, she told me “yes that’s matte”, oh okay because I’ve never experienced a streaky matte polish. Very unfortunate because it’s a cute establishment but I will not be back.
