5 stars for Charlie!! I don't let anyone else touch my nails PERIOD. Charlie takes amazing pride in his work and it shows. The color and acrylic last always until my next appointment. He has been doing my nails for well over 2 years at this point and I have never had a complaint. He is on board for my more detailed designs or just simple colors and knocks them out while making sure my experience is great.

Only needed a gel removal and manicure but still got the best service. Friendly and easy to get appt. Several staff members. Looks like a great place to come back for full mani pedi in future visit!

I went in for a fill in service. When I went in a younger guy got started. I showed him the ombre glitter pic and asked if he could do it. He says yes. Then an older guy takes over and he says NO he can't do it. So I showed the 2nd photo he says yes he can do that. Then did a pink base which is wrong for that photo. Then was going to do just white French tips. I told him NO just leave them. So photo #3 is what I walked out with. He asked me if I wanted them cut down I said yes he did not cut them down. He was sorta rude. I paid $50 for this fill in service that's all wrong. Won't be back. I will go to my nail salon in Evansville from now on. The only reason I went yesterday was because I wasn't going to Evansville. Next time I'll make that trip.

For what I was charged and the service that was done I feel the least they can do is paint them correctly. If I try to clean it up the whole layer of polish starts to come off. Very disappointing visit, he needs to have actual licensed people working there that know what they are doing. Also I noticed some nail clippers being used on someone seemed a bit worse for wear 😟😟

Worst nail salon in town. The guy was very rude. I wanted my acrylic nails removed and they guy there the brush at me because I told him not to put anymore on that I wanted them removed and my nails painted. Worse service I’ve ever received. They didn’t fix my nails, I had to pay them “for removing my nails” and this is how they left them. I will never use or recommend this salon. It doesn’t matter if the “owner” was out. You do not treat someone like that.
