I had my first haircut here today, and whew… five inches hit the floor. 😳 I came in wanting a change, and trust me, my hair is NOT the easy kind — fine, silver, dry, and curly. Basically the hairdresser Olympics. Adria (I really hope I got your name right — if not, sorry sweetie!) did an absolutely amazing job. She listened patiently to what I wanted, didn’t rush a thing, and somehow delivered exactly what I had pictured in my head. I asked for a dry cut so I can style it myself — yes, I’m that customer. 😏 Long story short: girl, you’ve got yourself a brand-new regular. 💁‍♀️✨

I have gone here for my haircut a couple of time and everytime I do I am always very happy with everything. Today Trisha was the one who cut my hair and found her to be very professional and it felt like she really cared about the way she cuts hair. I have recommended this place to other family members and other as well. Keep up the great work.

Had highlights done by Kylie, she over processed my hair, and as I was brushing it in the chair it was breaking off. I said to her oh no it's breaking off, she pretended like she didn't hear me. I did pay for the Services but wasn't very happy and I tipped her as well.🤦 I went back to the Salon today and told her that at Ulta (hair Specialist's) they told me the products that I needed to get my hair healthy again. Kylie said that my hair wasn't breaking off and that it was cut that way. I didn't ask her to cut the top layer of blonde hair 9-10 inches shorter than the length that my hair was! (My hair was down to my waist!) She did a horrible job trimming it and it's all jagged! My hair was in great condition before she touched it! Now it's all uneven and breaking off still!! I just had a horrible experience at this salon. All I wanted was a simple trim and I left with less than I asked for cut off, my ears are scratched from the lady combing my hair repeatedly, she sprayed water and product directly on the back of my head but nowhere else so the back of my head is now greasy, and I had to pay $30 for it. I asked for my money back and they refused. I knew better and ignored the red flags. Don't make the same mistake I did.

I always go to my favorite barber, kylie... not sure if I spelled her name right, lol but she's fast with my hair than any other barber. I may not always get my cut on time cuz she's running around doing other things for her business but her quality is always spot on with my hair.
