Cut N More

I give this place 0 starts yeah it’s cheap but that’s the service you’ll get. First of all the lady Lina who did my hair she cut way more hair off then I wanted her to but it’s hair so I thought it’s okay it’ll grow back. I wanted my hair half burgundy half pink so she needed to bleach the back. I’ve had my hair bleached before and never have i ever had to deal with what I’m dealing with now. She used two different bleaches and put foil over it. When I told her it was hot and burning she didn’t believe me until my hair started SMOKING! She finished it looked nice right well I got home noticed she didn’t wash the dye out all the way. It’s been a week since I got my hair done I have scabs all on the back of my scalp and a BALD SPOT! My head hurts constantly the scabs are pus filled and stink

if i could give this place a zero i would. it needs to be shut DOWN immediately. my friend asked for a trip and they chopped off all her hair and then proceeded to to demand for a cash tip. she also has bald spots now.

I went in with high hopes seeing that this place had good reviews, but I left not only extremely upset about my hair but the way I was treated was very cold. I explained I wanted 2-3 inches cut off- I wish I had a before photo because my hair was down to my lower back. Long story short, my hair is destroyed and because I pointed out that she was going shorter than I asked- I was immediately attacked and being accused of trying to get a free haircut. I never felt so belittled in my life. She said it was MY fault that my hair was so short because "I changed my mind mid haircut" but I did not. I've been getting the same haircut for 15 years and NEVER had this issue.
