Been a customer for over 20 years. Am glad they have their new location closer to home now. Its in and out and everyone is very professional

My daughter wanted her nails done so bad before school. She was so excited. What she ended up with was nails that were sticking up so much. I was being charged full price still. Nobody realized how these looked? Or thought it was a problem? Shes had her nails done before and was never left with them like this.

Got my nails done by Lety, Usually with most nail techs they are very rough and make my fingers bleed but she was very gentle and my fingers did not hurt or sting at all, and the results were 100% perfect and I loved my nails.

My nails are pointing up. They refused to clean my nailbed, and my nails were not appropriately shaped. I COULD SEE MY NAIL COMING THROUGH. They were not helpful at all. They did not care about providing customer service. This is not the first time I have had my nails done, and they never came out this bad

Gave them a good run but unfortunately I felt the atmosphere to be cold/rude and I often disliked my nails even calling to have a repair done after one of my nails was horrible miss-shaped and nail polish came off and she never responded to my concerns. The smell in there is super strong.
