Cut It Out

I booked my hair appointment with nik 5 days ago . She text me the night before asking can I come at a later date because she forgot she had court . I told her no because I had to get my baby from school . I couldn’t find no body to pick my child up so I brought her with me . I arrived at my appointment 15 mins early and she was not the until 30 mins after my appointment . As I walked in with my child she stated no kids . lol . She then caught an attitude because I was upset at the reschedule appointment and her late arrrival ! The owner sat there and basically backed her up for her poor communication. It would have been very helpful for her to put in the disclaimer that no kids are allowed, but when I arrive, there were kids in the barbershop . She seen me upset and gave my $100

I FLEW to Detroit on Friday, September 20th to get a quickweave done by a stylist I originally found on TikTok @thebeautifulhustler . I was initially excited because I loved her work & the special she was running. I arrived prepped, ready & early. She arrived 2 hours late, poor communication, no apologies. She rushed to do my hair. She put two big lump plats in the back of my head (no braid down or proper molding) . She did NOT use quality bundles. The hair she used was pack hair from the hair store which has been shedding more than my dog. No apologies. I wasted so much money getting on a plane, Ubers, the “install”. Again, no apology. My hair was so crunch from all of the GOT2B she used. It fell short of my expectations (I sent her a photo of work she did on another client). Never again

What an amazingly wonderful, friendly, professional establishment. My loctition K Styles was located here. I didn’t get a chance to make a review. Many times I have come in with my 35 year old non verbal Autistic son and the other staff have treated him and all his quirks with so much care from the music to the TV people turned on for him. I would definitely recommend this shop for all your hair care needs. Thanks guys!

I found this girl on TikTok. @thebeautifulhustler booked my appointment at 12:45pm didn’t get done until 5:06pm didn’t get into her chair until 3:00 pm, She’s very unprofessional. She didn’t stated that I was broke, And I scammed her because I had to go to the ATM and ask after I asked her. Do she take cash app because that’s how I paid her the deposit! Then followed me to the store. Then also went in to store with me , just weird over 100 dollars!

Showed up early nobody here. Then look at the sign. Where's the hours? Tried calling no answer. Just wanted fair and timely service
