This salon is by far the most overpriced, unprofessional, rip off in the area. My daughter and I went to get manicures, pedicures, and our eyebrows waxed. With in the first hour of leaving there four of my daughters acrylic nails came off. She also asked for a small heart to be painted on her ring fingers. (The hearts look like a child drew them. I will post a picture for you to judge) I requested gel nail polish on my hands and regular polish for my pedicure ( I did not realize until I left and got out into the Sun that the colors did not match). Furthermore, halfway through doing my manicure the nail tech realized that she did not use gel on my hands and had to redo my nail’s. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience she blamed me for not reminding her when she started my nails that

I have been to this salon in the past to get pedicures. They were your typical pedicure. I also have gone to just get a toe polish. Annie, the owner, I usually like to use. I made an appointment and went to have my toes polished. Well, this time the disrespect and rudeness that I was shown was disgraceful! I did not end up getting my toes painted and I will never go back.

I got gel tips and pedi. It was 4 my daughters wedding. The owner did a nice job, until I left. One by one the little Sparkle pieces started to pop off. Within 2 days 2 nails popped off. I had to cut them all down and while doing this I lost other nails. I paid for my friends mani & pedi too. Hers was fine. 2 days after I noticed my toe polish was badly smudged. The bill was 180.00 and we tipped at least 40.00. I would give less than a one for this establishment and I do not recommend at all. I have had gel nails MANY times and never had problems like this.

Never going back here ever nails they don’t know how to do nails at all they said they will give me a gift certificate never got it. The owner gave me a cut in the finger. I want all my $80 back they are very rude.

This was the longest and worst nail experience of my life. I feel bad for the other staff. We were told to come at 4:30 and they did not have room for us but sat us making us think we were starting and we were there so long that staff left and we were there after close. We also got a very high upcharge just to soak off gel polish. We did not end up leaving with what services we wanted to get done because of the prices and the poorly run establishment.
