The spa offers a wide variety of services and the atmosphere is very pleasant. All the professionals are very attentive and kind. The Pilates classes are well-structured; for someone who doesn't like the gym, pilates was like love at first class.
I was having a lot of lower back pain for months, I tried medication, shots but it didn’t helped much , then I started doing Pilates and it really made my quality of life better, and surprisingly the pain day by day vanished, I’m so happy with the results.
My first time trying Pilates and I couldn’t be happier. The place is amazing, just like the name says, everything is calm and cozy.
The best choice. Excellent professionals!
