Amazing property! I’ve been leasing here for about 4 years. No issues and I absolutely love the staff, especially Bri and Rogelio! They are so helpful and supportive!

Property management non responsive on weekends! Came for a CPR training and the instructor was locked out of the conference room. After several attempts to contact the proper people, all of the participants were sitting and waiting for ANYONE to respond.

10101 Harwin drive is nice but the landlord isn’t fair to tenants and he is money hungry. He using Maggie and Bricela to respond to tenants even after asking to speak with him. I am looking into filing a civil lawsuit against the landlord. I’ve kept extensive records and documentation so I will update and upload after speaking with my attorney.

Horrible property management at 6666 Harwin Dr. There’s plenty of offices available but if you’re not Hispanic you won’t get in. She will make up reasons not to lease an office to you. The inside of the building looks very old, the restrooms stink like sewage. This building needs a major upgrade. Not worth the prices it at all.

Never rent at the 6666 Harwin building. Maggie is a Horrible property manager and will go through your things when you're not there. They will smile and take your money and harass you later.
