Cuccio Nail & Hair Lounge

A came in yesterday to get my tape extensions removed, and have them cleaned up and placed back in. I asked Wendy If she knew how to do it and she said yes. First mistake I notice was when she told someone to wash my hair with the Extensions in. After she put me in rollos, and once my hair was dried, she then applied the solution to remove the tape in. I’ve never experienced so much pain getting my hair done ever in my life. I wanted to cry. I wanted to walk out. I regret going there. So much was going through my head I should have said something the moment she said to wash my hair first smh like are you kidding me you have to wet my hair with the solution and then wash it. BEWARE OF THIS NAIL SALON . They’re unsanitary . Unprofessional and made me bleed as WELL AS AN INFECTION !!!!! Never in all my years has my nails been so mistreated and mishandled. The nail tech gave me attitude when i explained she was giving me red instead of pink like the picture indicates... guess she didn't like this because she rolled her eyes and began to handle my nails all nonchalant while filing my nails and disregarded to see what she was actually doing MAYBEEE BECAUSE SHE WAS LOOKIN IN IG the whole time and then proceeded to make two of nails bleed!! After I switched to another tech and let them finished the final product anyone can clearly see they did a poor job and looked nothing like the picture on their IG page. I found them on IG Their designs were so fresh and exciting so I'd decided I'd go in. Wendy wS AMAZING. Friendly , warm and inviting. My tech however was another story.She looked like she didn't want to be there and was on the phone throughout the whole session. My mother did get a great pedicure so they get 3 stars

The lady that did my pedicure was excellent. I couldn't ask for a better service. However, I didn't like the following; if you go with children they will at times listen to inappropriate language. There's is also no respect towards the clients that are waiting.
