This place is a complete joke. I asked for the price upfront after showing a picture of the nails I wanted and was clearly told $62. I agreed and sat down. Halfway through, everything felt rushed because they were about to close — even though they CHOSE to accept my full set appointment. The entire time, the workers were speaking Spanish, laughing, and clearly talking about customers, which was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. To accommodate them, I changed my entire nail design to save time. I agreed to chrome instead of sparkles, even though chrome takes seconds to apply. I didn’t get what I wanted at all.When I went to pay, the man at the front (possibly the owner) suddenly tried to charge me $86 instead of the $62 I was quoted. Always very nice, clean, honor appointments and try to get you started on-time. Nice selection of polishes, I go for either the lemon or basic pedicure, very good quality. They are never pushy in trying to sell upgrades or more expensive pedicures. I’ve also gotten basic manicures and water manicures with no polish and they were very attentive and not put-off by spending time on a less expensive procedure. Recently Olivia did my pedicure and she was great, and poor Amanda had to fix my big toe polish twice because I can’t pay attention and control my toes. I actually don’t enjoy getting pedicures in general and put them off forever, sometimes my nails & heels are atrocious but they are always so polite about the state of my feet, lol. I was recommended this nail salon by my brother, I went in for a full set of acrylics with a friend. I watched the entire process of the guy doing my nails. He didn’t properly prep my nails, neither did he even touch my cuticles as you can see in the photos. Before leaving I expressed to the manager charles how I was not happy with the quality of my acrylics. He responded with a response on the lines of “ you didn’t speak up as the nails were getting done, so I cannot do anything besides file underneath the nails”. Which I allowed him to do, even after filing underneath the nails. My nails were obviously too thick. After 20 minutes of going back in forth, he asked if I wanted to reschedule with Sophie to get the design fixed. However the design is not the entirety of the problem. I walked

My daughter and I have been getting our nails done at this salon for probably 10+ years. As I am reading these reviews, I am wondering how anyone can get a bad nail tech here. I have always had the experience of them putting the customer first. The ONE time I went somewhere else because I needed my nails done and Simon had no availability I regret. Their prices are not terribly expensive, and I’ve always been satisfied with the way my nails look, which is why I keep coming back. I’ve always had the impression that they strongly believe in customer satisfaction over anything else. I will continue to come here to get my nails done!

I walked in to schedule a gel manicure, and was told I could be seen right away....great! I picked a pretty purple, gel polish. Finished product looked great. My nails were done Wednesday and by Sunday, my polish was lifting right off the nail. For 40 dollars, I expect my gel manicure to last at least 2 weeks, not 4 days! So disappointing and such a rip off. :( WITH MY TIP IT WAS 40, I WAS CHARGED 33.00
