Had my manicure and pedicure done today! There were issues in communication at first but she did a great job! The prices are reasonable too. I'm definitely coming back.

I don’t think 2 of their nail technicians are very experienced because we went here twice and my daughter’s finger was injured. Last time my finger was bleeding bad too. I will not go back and I was charged for $65 on acrylic and just removing my daughter’s fake nails. I’m a filing a complaint to the better business bureau and the state to check if they are certified to work on nails.

When you fix an appointment you stick to it. Waiting 5-10 min is understandable. You can't make the customer wait for 20 min and still ask for 5-10 min more to get started especially on a weekday evening when I have other things to get back to.

Called around lunchtime to see if they did walk ins and was told they were busy come in at 4 after explaining what i wanted. Walked in 5 minutes prior to 4 and upon walking in was greeted with the worse and rude staff I've ever come across. My husband walked in and sat down first and was stared at, i walked in 45 seconds later noticing he was looking at me blank and got one irritated look from a worker doing a pedicure and silence. So i mentioned that i had already called and was told to come at a certain time for a full set, if i should wait or come back and not so kindly received a grunt and a yeah back without so much as a second glance or proper acknowledgement what so ever. Stood in silence for a second with no response before i told my husband lets go because it was rude and disrespe

They always do an amazing job with great attention to detail! Prices are affordable too. They take card however prefer if you tip in cash.
