I wanted to do a "big chop" to start on my natural hair journey but didn't want to wait weeks to book it out. Poor customer service. The worst part is the defensiveness - how do you provide constructive feedback to people who think they are doing everything just right? In 2019 - this is definitely substandard service. Not asking for royal treatment - just the basics: good communication, respecting the customer's time, and at least pretending you care about making the customer happy.
