Absolute worst experience. Total waste of money. Asked for a head massage ended up having a shoulder massage on top of a sweater . They didn’t adjust the chair or head rest for my height. I literally felt like sitting on the floor on a stone. And yea of course he had the audacity to ask for a tip. Avoid this place to get scammed.

Came in today and disappointed the two massagers were using gloves. I’ve been coming for years and never had someone massage with gloves on lol not only that the people that work there are always different. The woman that is older I had today sucked and she knows it too . I won’t be returning

Asked for a 10 minute massage and didn’t follow the instructions for my wife… asked for a head massage specifically, multiple times, and then ended and asked for tip and payment. Not recommended

These people don’t deserve even one star. I witnessed one of the employees filming & laughing at an autistic person who was over stimulated. Thankfully a Good Samaritan spoke up against what he was doing, but absolutely abhorrent behavior from this staff member. Don’t give them the business.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was here today with my boyfriend and I paid for his massage as I’m handing the lady the cash she refused to let us leave asking for more of a tip and becoming extremely rude ! Worst experience I’ve had
