I’ve been going here for a few years to get my eyebrows waxed. I walked in and no one greeted me. I stood there a few minutes and 3 women looked up and said nothing. I finally said excuse me can I get a eyebrow wax? The one girl said oh we are busy you’d have to wait 30 minutes. Absolutely not. Not for an eyebrow wax. Another girl stepped in and said that she would do my eyebrows. To say the least I won’t be coming back since they treated me like I was invisible.

This is usually my go to place. Today, I felt dismissed. I went in for a gel manicure. I waited for about 20 minutes. No problem. The problem started when I was getting my nails done. I’m assuming the person who did my nails had an appointment to attend to, because she took me and said to another customer “I’m going to do her nails real quick,” and she did it REAL quick. I have to say, I was done in about 20 minutes. She was going so fast that one of my cuticles started bleeding while she cut them. My nail shape looked uneven, and my nails weren’t entirely covered. If I was doing my nails by myself, this is how I think they would have looked. I wasn’t expecting this from a professional nail place… I was there for 20 minutes. I have never felt so dismissed.

I’ve been consistently impressed with the service and staff at Crystal’s Nails. The entire team is always attentive and professional. Helen is incredibly consistent with her pedicures — I always leave feeling relaxed and well taken care of. Victoria does an excellent job with nails, and the owner ensures the shop runs smoothly with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. In response to Tameka Anderson’s review — I personally have had nothing but great experiences here. If you were unsatisfied, I truly encourage you to return and let them make it right. They care deeply about their clients and always aim to provide the best service possible.

My nails have been done for over a week now, but they still look beautiful and shiny. I’m truly very satisfied with the service and the skill here. I’ll definitely come back many times.
