Crystal Nails

I was in for a pedicure and eyebrow wax yesterday. The technician didn't talk to me at all (he spoke perfect English) and the pedicure was not good. He didn't even remove all of the old polish from my last pedicure or smooth my nails for a nice finish. They have stripey horizontal ridges. My nails look horrible and I have white dry patches on my feet today. I have minor calluses that they normally remove. Isn't that part of it? He didn't do that. I think the mask was really, really drying. I'm going to remove the polish and repaint them myself. The sides of some of my toes got no polish at all and I hate it when they start painting part way up your toenail instead of covering the entire nail to the base. It's just lazy. Absolutely love the service here. Been getting my nails done here for years and I have never been disappointed! I never expect perfection however, thats exactly what I get every time. I Highly recommend going here! Thank you so much for treating me so well after all these years!

Would NOT Recommend!!!! Cut up multiple times on pedi, requested red & received orange & then had to remove which resulted in more cuts, ended up switched to a color she could understand? Overall, very unsatisfactory for the amount that was paid.

Hy is the best!! I’ve been coming here for years. I get acrylic rebase and Hy is my guy! They have amazing pedicurists as well. I love this place.
