Dont go to Kay She is insanely overpriced and my full set looked sloppy/lazy. I am not confrontational so i thought if i showed specific pictures of what I did and didnt want it before hand I would avoid disappointment. Wrong. I was referred by a faithful customer who pays reasonable prices to a different tech. My request was a simple french manicure with black tips. She got most of the way done but it didn't look like what I asked for. She started making suggestions i didnt know i would pay for. All to look like what I initially asked for. I was charged $72 which should have been $52. The black was see through like she forgot a layer. It didn't go to the edges and the pink top layer was smeared throughout the black tips because she kept dabbing with her fingertips. Just horrible. I wa

💗Happy Birthday to me! My sister and I always come here and only here to get pedicures. We’ve been coming here for at least 10 years! They are so clean, consistent and patient with my tiny toenails! I love their designs and they remember us every time. Today, I wore pants that I couldn’t roll up high enough and they were so sweet to offer me one of their towel skirts so that I could fully enjoy the calf massage that comes with the pedicure. Highly recommend!

Deluxe pedi with shellac, regular mani with dip powder. I got a squiggly stripe on each finger nail. I requested natural curve, no squaring the finger nails. I ended up with squared nails 😳😒 and not two days later the top coat of the dip powder has come off my left thumb nail. The beautician was very rough with my skin. She broke my skin in several places and my fingers were glued to the nail tips. The deluxe pedi was not really deluxe. There was a hot wax my feet were soaked in, some hot towels laid on my shins, and she did rub my legs but failed to get all over. Crystal Nails is a Wonderful salon! From the very first day I went, they've always treated me with kindness and take their time to get my nails perfect every time. I haven't gone anywhere else since.

Honestly the lady was super aggressive , acrylic layer was super thin felt like press ons. Charged me $67 to be left with unsatisfied nails and cuts on my skin. I asked for french tips and she left me with half of my nail beds white. They don’t look like french tips, my friends pointed it out and another employee said that it was because of my “nail bed”. They didn’t bother to fix the issue or come up with an alternative. Personally never again.
