Here for a wedding and first day I stumbled upon this place near my hotel. Big mistake at not looking at reviews first. Popped my head in to ask if they did Gel X since it’s not list on their door, and she says yes for $65. Proceeds to not do ANY nail prep like pushing back proximal nail fold or cutting off dead skin, just goes right into buffing my nails beds. Then she used small tube of glue to attach nail tip extensions - I think it was just basically super glue because it didn’t need curing? Then painted on what I think might be gel… I’ve never had Gel X like this and was given her the benefit of the doubt - perhaps this was a new technique or a different type. I should’ve walked away. Central location but Low quality products, no refund. Nail polish takes hours to dry and even like that is coming off. The ladies were not disrespectful as i might have seen in comments but communication is very limited and complicated. Nobody likes to do post like that but for over 150$ spending this is what you get… they offer to redo it but we don’t have 2 more hours to spend waiting for cheap nail to dry. So if you don’t have 5 hours free in front of you do not go.

This is a great nail salon if you need to make your nails look beach ready but don't want to fight crowds in a hotel spa. It's a small locally owned business with women that try to please their customers. Similar to other salons in the waikiki district, prices are not the lowest on island -- its in a prime spot in walking distance to all areas of Waikiki. The store was mostly empty upon arrival, and everything appeared clean and taken care of. The two other guests were enjoying 30 minute foot massages and seemed very happy upon leaving. I got a gel polish pedicure and manicure. Both were done as standard with cuticle care, heel buffing, basic massages, and careful polish application. Very small shop. However, the ladies are lovely, kind, and take care in their job. I got a mani pedi, my mother got a pedicure. Our nails turned out fantastic. They really have an attention to detail making sure the end result is very clean. I’m positive my mani pedi will look good for weeks to come. We will be back soon.
