this is how Crystal left my hair. I went in for a blonde balayage (inspo pic attached for reference) and this is what I was left with. I told her multiple times that the color was not right and she insisted that it was and let me walk out of the salon like this after paying a total of $282. I reached out the following day try and get it fixed and was initially offered another appointment. But after further consideration, I realized my hair was worst than I thought and also left damaged so I had no choice to go get a color correction elsewhere. I politely let her know of this decision. The new salon confirmed that not only was the tone completely off, but my hair had been damaged in the process. Ultimately I ended up paying twice; one for the horrible job Crystal did and one to get it fixe
