Crystal Mathis: Restorative Therapies

Crystal is the best massage therapist I have ever been to, and I have been to some of the best spas in the world. I have been going to her for over 8 years, and she is always on top of her game, professional, and is just overall amazing at what she does. I lift weights and run, and I was struggling with recovery, but she has helped me so much. I have also read her book and, as a nutritionist myself, I found it to be very well researched, well organized, and helpful. She is also a good, kind person.

Crystal is an amazing therapist that is professional, experienced, knowledgeable and personable. She has helped me tremendously over the past 9 months by addressing multiple back, knee and hip issues related to past surgeries (spinal fusion, knee arthroscopies, hip replacement) and arthritis. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for relief and solutions that medication and other health care professionals, such as physical therapists and physicians, have not been able to provide. Her approach is unique, targeted and tailored for each individual.

I’ve been going to see Crystal for almost four years now and I can’t emphasize enough what an impact she has had on my quality of life. It is not an exaggeration to call her a healer, I have a herniated lower disc and have at times come to her barely able to walk and after a few sessions I’ve felt like I was walking on air, pain free, able to resume my normal life. She works with you before each session to make sure she understands the issues and tailors the session so that you get the exact care you need. On top of that she is in a great location and competitively priced.

My family has known Crystal for quite a few years and she has helped us with a variety of issues. She definitely knows her stuff when it comes to neuromuscular massage therapy, as well as the right way to go about being healthy. She sets a perfect example of how to lose weight (if that’s your goal) but most importantly to just be healthy and feel amazing. She’s the best hands down!

Crystal is awesome. She is extremely knowledgeable and gets results. She is not just a "massage therapist"; she knows the body and what she needs to work on based on my complaints. Has truly helped my chronic lower back pain. She has educated me on stretching and hydration and for that I will be eternally grateful. I feel much better because of her and know where to go when I don't!
