If I was a reality show producer I would follow these two around. They are amazingly entertaining. Ann has a long background in the beauty industry and knows what looks good— Alan has the medical expertise and carries treatments out with precision. A visit with them is unlike other med spa experiences I’ve had— and I’ve been to many places in the DC metro area over the past 2 decades — so expect something different. My results have always been beautiful and much more reasonably priced than comparable services other places. I love working with both Ann and Alan and feel they are the perfect compliment to one another. My botox turned out great and I have not been able to say that in years. I spa bounce as I havent been satisfied with my results. I gave Crytal Lume a shot and do not regret it. For the 1st time in 2 years my eyebrows are lifted NOT DROOPING AND HEAVY. I look and feel refreshed. They're stuck with me for the foreseeable future. I will say.. dont go in and expect a high end spa feel as her husband (injector) does this out of his practice. But DO expect great results and great conversation. You cant beat the price either!

If you are looking for an office that cares about their patients, not just looking for money, then DO NOT GO HERE! Ann/Crystal is always telling you what you need and doesn’t listen to what you want. I came here to get Xeomin and it didn’t work. Showed pictures to prove it didn’t work. Of course Ann says you need more. I go back in and pay again and it didn’t work. Now my right eye is having trouble and yes I went back in and got more Xeomin. Paid three times for something that didn’t work. Ann was in the exam room whole time saying I need fillers when I have had Botox done before and did not need fillers yet. Not knowing I should have not gotten the same Xeomin shots over and over. The first time I was disappointed that my appointment had to be rescheduled due to a family emergency. I'm happy I waited; both Ann and her husband's team were a wonderful treat. They made me feel very welcome and talked me through an unknown process for me. Thank you for all you do, and I will see both of you again!

I had a great experience with the professional husband/wife team, Dr. Alan Rohrer and Nurse Ann Rohrer, at the Crystal Lume Medical Spa. They took excellent care of me, and explained everything they did and why. They are very caring and oriented to getting you exactly what you want. I felt that I was in excellent hands, and I am very happy with the results of the treatment I got. Also their prices are reasonable.
