Crystal Beauty - Nails & Waxing Salon

I've been coming to this cute mom and pop shop for 3 years now. My only regret is that I haven't posted sooner and more frequently regarding my spectacular experience here EACH and EVERY time. My usual is gel manicure and regular pedicure. Janey and her sister are great at both, and are extremely professional. It is the MOST affordable you'll find in this area for impeccable work done. They are definitely a hidden gem, located in the Crystal City Shops between Buffalo Wild Wings and the Buchanan Apartments. Parking in the area is street parking or free 1 hour garage parking in the surrounding areas, so never a problem to find a good spot. I would highly recommend making an appointment. Go support your local small businesses and stop by for your nail services, waxes and etc. :)

Small modest shop, but AMAZING service! I got a gel pedicure and bikini wax done. My nail technician was very thorough getting the cuticles removed, softening my feet, putting the color on, making sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process! And the bikini wax was absolutely painless. I highly recommend this shop — it might be a bit difficult to find at first, just go into the Shops at Century Building and it should be on your right!

I got the most efficient, least pricey acrylic fill I’ve ever had here! Both techs were professional, speedy, and had the gentlest touch; I usually have to tell my tech to go easy on my fragile nails, but it wasn’t necessary here. I called ahead for a walk-in and they worked me into their busy schedule. Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had. Thanks, yall!(:

Went to this location & was told to wait about 30 minutes due to the 2 seats being full. I was told by the lady that I would be right after her current client. After 30 minutes, she was done but she said she will be taking the person that came in after me. So I went to the male there. I asked simply for the removal of my acrylics, same service as the girl she took instead of me. The man took my acrylics off with soaking my nails in acetone and using the electric file. It was back and forth with those 2 methods until it got to my real nail. My nails were red in the end and not all of the acrylic was off. I noticed the girl that went in front of me they soaked her nails using a cotton ball and foil. They just gave me a bowl of cold acetone. I told the man multiple times of certain things tha
