I found this place via groupon and i called them to be sure they had times that worked with my schedule. The owner/front desk was nice enough to give me the groupon price for a facial which i thought was super sweet. I arrived and the whole vibe of the place was very relaxing, soft gentle music playing, and the owner was there to help guests with any inquires and walk ins. Diana did my facial and she even added in a nice shoulder/neck massage which was nice. She gave me tips and recommendation on my face and what i should and shouldnt use. MY ONLY issue was that she talked a bit too much and it was hard to enjoy the facial and relax as well. I learned so much personal things about her in the short time she gave me the massage that i figured didn’t need to be shared to a stranger. Im a nice

I had the most amazing Fire & Ice therapy session at Cryotherapy Med Spa! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and informed about the process. The treatment itself was incredible. The combination of heat and cold left my body feeling refreshed, relaxed, and recharged. I’ve noticed a huge mood boost, less anxiety, and my body just feels GOOD. It’s like a reset for both my mind and muscles. I’ll definitely be adding this to my self-care routine. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had an incredible experience with the Fire & Ice cryotherapy and infrared sauna session! From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. They took the time to explain everything and made us feel completely comfortable. The contrast between the cold plunge and the infrared sauna was amazing — refreshing, energizing, and surprisingly relaxing all at the same time. We both left feeling recharged and already talking about coming back. On top of that, the pricing was more than fair for the quality of the experience. She was so gentle and attentive, and you can tell she truly cares about what she’s doing. My face felt clean, hydrated, and glowing without feeling irritated or overworked. I left looking refreshed instead of red, AMAZING. And Carrie... WOW. Hands down the most unbelievable massage I have ever had. I’ve had many massages before, but this one was on another level. I treated myself to a facial, and my skin felt refreshed and glowing afterward. I also did the leg compression therapy, which was amazing—super relaxing and my legs felt noticeably lighter and less sore when I was done.
