I called Jenay last minute after my daughter received a bad haircut at another salon, and she was kind enough to take us right away. Jenay was incredibly sweet, patient, and gentle with my 4-year-old. This was my daughter’s first time getting her hair braided, and I was worried a bad first experience might turn her off from braids. Instead, she left happy and said it was “worth it” and that she would go again. Thank you, Jenay, for fitting us in and for being so kind to my baby!

I've gotten my hair done by Jenay on multiple occasions, and every single time the experience has been amazing. She has done my crochet, silkpress, knotless, blowouts, color, she's done it all and my hair has always come out better than I picture it. You can tell she truly cares about her work and her clients. If your looking for someone that's consistent and talented, I definitely recommend booking with her.

The customer service here is truly top-tier! The environment is warm and welcoming, and everyone is so friendly. My stylist, Iman (I hope I’m spelling her name right!), was absolutely amazing. She communicated with me every step of the way, explaining what she was doing and making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. She really listened to my requests and brought my vision to life. The silk press is giving, and the body is bodying! I was so impressed and satisfied with the service that I pre-booked another appointment before I even left. I’ve officially found my forever hair home. I am so very impressed by this salon and the owner. My 15 yr old daughter wanted a blow out and the owner took such good care of her. It is always the small things that goes a long way to establish a good local business. She took extra care to flat iron her hair and took her time to explain how to wrap her hair. I highly recommend this location and the services. We will be back!!!

I can’t say enough about Janey and the five star Crowned Kinky experience! Sis let me tell you in the middle of a Miami summer, Janey got me looking like a dark and lovely box with zero damage to my natural curls and my silk press lasted for over a week now I could totally push it longer, so yes, five stars all around.
