A mixed review. I booked three haircuts over a week ago. Going out of town. This place had great reviews. Apparently my haircuts were cancelled with Joe and I wasn’t notified. The female barber took the one appointment I booked with her, while I had booked two with Joe online. My older son sat with her and I could tell he was confident and he loved his haircut. She has nothing to do with his lack of professionalism. Book with her. Her haircuts are amazing, she knows what she is doing and she is kind. She was booked today, but booked me for three days later (right before we leave), and is taking my other two boys on. Point it, she is crazy talented, book with her.

We've been going here for quite some time already, and of course there's a reason why we keep coming here. Awesome people, always have been treated more than great!! Every time We've been there, we've always seen them treat every customer with respect, and never seen a single customer leave with a sad face! Great place, hands down! No doubt, no questions! THE BEST!

Had a confirmed 1:45 appt today, place was dark, locked up, and phone rang busy again and again. I waited half an hour. When the 2:05 appointment showed up we both gave up and left. I wonder if their cancellation policy covers a no-show on their part...

I had an appointment booked and it was abruptly canceled without any explanation or follow-up. Things happen, but a quick heads-up or courtesy message would have gone a long way. Disappointing experience.

Came in for a haircut. Door was locked, as I approached someone came down the stairs and unlocked door. Guy said he was tired walked upstairs and didn't come back down let me standing there by myself. Strange experience overall.
