But after consulting with several licensed medical aestheticians I feel it’s only right to share my experience. I came in with virgin lips for 1 syringe of filler and requested a Russian lip. Right after the appointment, my lips looked really pretty (I’ve included a photo of how they looked initially). But once the swelling went down, I noticed several large lumps across my lips. I figured it might be normal and decided to wait it out. Two months later, the lumps were still there. My lips were uneven, lumpy, and clearly not injected properly. I'm not one to leave reviews but when you spend 160 dollars on lashes for them not to last one week is ridiculous. Multiple messages were sent and Cristina asked for me to come in but when I asked if I can go a day that I was able to she never responded. I'm so mad and disappointed. Money doesn't just appear I have to work for it and for someone who has her own business I can say that my clients are very important to me. The clients are your business cards. I don't know what happened she was not like this at all. She had done my lashes for my wedding and they lasted a whole month. Now they didn't even last a week. I can't respond to the response that was given but I kept sending messages and asked what time I can pass by but you never answered

Cristina is rude and doesn’t care about her customers. She CONSTANTLY changed my appointment times without my consent. Then, she charged me a cancellation fee which wasn’t my fault and never gave me my money back. Now she just ignores all of my messages.. super unprofessional.
