Crestwood Barber Shop

I don’t normally review a business but I went to this barbershop yesterday 11/24 for a haircut with Lisa. I was very clear about the style I wanted, but she never showed me the back of my head (30 minutes later) and the fade was uneven with visible crooked lines. The sides and back were left too long, even after I asked her to take more off. I still tipped 30%, but when I got home and saw the back properly, it was clear the cut was not done right. *Also, Lisa didn’t clean or sanitize her station between customers. Left hair from previous cut all around the chair. I reached out politely through their app and communication portal, explaining the issue and asking if they could fix it. I’ve been going to Crestwood Barber Shop for about 7 years now. Dave and his staff are excellent at what they do, personable, friendly, great at remembering people, and genuinely happy with their work. 10/10 recommend this place to anyone looking for a lifetime barber or a one time haircut!

Always easy to get an appointment. I’ve used all of the barbers at some point and never left disappointed. Great for all ages!
