I had an appointment the morning of my 55th birthday(9/29/24), and she never showed up! How unprofessional is that? I don't even know what the problem is.. maybe I was talking too much, idk because she did makeup for my daughters' sweet 16 and prom. She just did my face three days prior(9/26/24) to a party. But my actual birthday dinner, she dropped the ball! If anyone knows of a great makeup artist in the LA area, please refer me. I Do Not Recommend, she will leave you hanging on the most important event/occasion of your life!🤷🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️😡😥

I wish I could leave a zero. I booked a full glam appointment for a formal Ball one month in advance. She cancelled my appointment via email less than 2 hours before my appointment and although I had received multiple reminders and confirmations via text I was unaware of the cancellation until I showed up to the appointment and was completely ghosted by Aris. I would say this person has no regard or respect for her customers.

I've recently used the whole team here for a shoot at my studio. Everyone was very professional and top quality.
