This doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Considering! I came to visit this salon for the first time on Aug 2 two days before my birthday celebration. By Aug 4 on my birthday my hair was coming out. 3 weeks Prior to me visiting this salon my hair dresser had put a black dye over my blonde hair. So I was within my time frame to relax my hair. So I came there for a relaxer & style. She relaxed my hair after washing the relaxer out she asked if I wanted her to add a black rinse due to me having blonde hair underneath it was leaking through my black. I told Nedra Butler I was ok with the blonde leaking through because I didn’t want to add anymore color to my hair. She said ok, then a couple mins later came back to the shampoo bowl to say she would add a black rinse because she didn’t want my hair t

Did my daughter’s hair with a Silk press and applied color. An Amazing job and was very knowledgeable and kind!

I had a great time with Ms. Gerry at Creative Touchè this morning! It was my first visit and the salon is so welcoming and had such a great vibe; everyone was super professional, positive, and friendly. Ms. Gerry totally understood my hair concerns and knew exactly what I needed to keep it healthy. She trimmed my dead ends, gave me an amazing wash & head massage, deep condition, and then styled it so my curls came to life! I love creative touch. I love the vibe that they give when you go into the salon.I love that they cater to you what more could you ask for! They have snacks drinks a good vibe all around even if you need prayer they will pray for you.
