Got a French UV gel manicure a few weeks ago. One week after getting them done one of the nails came off. A bit annoying but no big deal and went back in to get them fixed. The man at the desk was very nice but the nail tech was very rude and made it clear she did not want to fix a singular nail. She then used bubble bath after I told her I did not use bubble bath on my nails so it did not match. She also didn’t even use the same shade of white that my other nails had, and did it very lazily. Then another nail came off two days later! Obviously did not bother to get it fixed. Shame because the original paint job was actually very pretty from the first time I came in. I have been getting gel manicures and pedicures here for years. I have never had anything less than a perfect experience. I even brought my mom here to have her nails done when she was visiting from out of state. Andy, the owner, greets me with a smile and kindness every time I visit. They care for the clients who respect their staff. Recently, I decided to try Gel-X for the first time. My nail tech, Ava, absolutely blew me away. I am so happy with how it turned out. I have since moved an hour away and still drive back to Branford to have my nails done here. I look forward to seeing Andy, Ava, and the rest of the team soon.

Experience was ok, but what I’m upset about is I had my manicure on Sunday but by Monday my nails were already chipped. Granted, I paid for a regular manicure but it should still last more than a day… possibly an issue with the type of nail polish even tho I picked OPI like I usually do

What a wonderful experience I had! My nails came out even better than planned. The place is very clean and staff is very professional who all appear to be good at what they do. Would come back here for sure

This salon is very good. They make you feel at home. Everyone who I have had service my nails has been great. They are very clean and fast and friendly. Another great experience!! Everyone here is professional and fast.
