The staff is friendly however after giving this place a couple of tries, I’ve decided not to return. I came in for a full set, and then just 1 week later, a fill-in. My nails usually lasts a good 3 weeks before having to do a fill-in but the techniques and products they use, I don’t believe are of good quality. They’re not curating the gel long enough under the UV lamp or maybe the product is not strong. They don’t file underneath the nail to accent the shape and they keep forgetting to put cuticle oil on afterwards. I have to keep reminding them of that. This second time around, it’s not been 3 days and my French tips have peeled off, the top gel has also peeled off. I was the last appt of the day and Jenny and a male tech who’s name I didn’t catch took good care of me until way after closing despite being understaffed that day. Jenny did a beautiful job recreating my inspo photo!

This was an overall amazing experience! My nail tech, Jenny did an amazing job on my nails and she was super sweet and gentle. I asked for a complicated design and she nailed it!!

I have frequented this salon on multiple occasions and they have always had great customer service. Today August 29, 2022 I made a 5pm appointment for gel manicure and regular pedicure. This new young lady took 2 hours and 20 minutes to complete this service. She did not know what she was doing. I wasn’t sure if she was painting my actual nail beds or if she was painting my fingers and toes instead. She kept using nail polish remover to remove all the excess polish. I would not recommend going to this young girl. Unfortunately I don’t know her name. When I attempted to converse with her she didn’t quite understand me. I would not recommend Creative Nails salon until their technicians are fully trained. Disappointed customer.

Made an appointment for three people at 5. At 5:40, still no service, sitting in cold stagnant water and still had people in the chairs from 4:00. I understand things come up, but almost an hour later still no service. I have enjoyed this spot in the past but the lack of planning will keep me from returning. Please be mindful your customers make appointments to avoid long waits.
