Horrible experience with my nail removal. I am not sure what glue they are using but it took 3 soaks and 3 filings to get my acrylic off. I was not going to even post a review but I had my nails removed on July 31st and my nail beds are hurting bad. I notice my nails are growing and can now see how low they filed my nails down. This mess is ridiculous. Palmay or however you spell his name did my removal and I am not please at all. Will not be returning. The shop is nice the people are friendly but I can use my fingers to pick anything up my nails keep bending all the way back and this is by far the worst experience I ever had in a nail salon.

Me, my mom and sister went to get pedicures. We were able to get our feet done together. The service was great and the customer service. I highly recommend. I will definitely be back.

Even 1 star is entirely too much. I got a full set with inexperienced Diana Nguyen on 12/24 and on 1/26, one popped off. When I returned on 1/27 to have it fixed, they made me wait an HOUR before getting in a chair. Despite requesting anyone else, the front desk manager or whatever she is sent 4-5 customers ahead of me to different techs and told me to wait for the person that screwed up the full set to begin with. She told me Diana had to fix the nail because she is the one that did the design. I told her that another tech had to step in to do the design because Diana had NO idea what she was doing and couldn’t do it. When I say that the atmosphere and energy was so calming and very peaceful. As a mother of an adult son and a toddler daughter, business owner, full time employee and full time student, I manage to enjoy this moment with Mike and Tina. I will definitely be back. Oh and we got our feet done too and I fell asleep.🤭❤️❤️❤️

Not a good experience for my first time. They did not file my nails nor clean them and just put a lite coat of acrylic. Over charged me and kept changing prices from what is posted on their website.
