Everyone here is so nice and welcoming and Haley did exactly what I was looking for. I struggled to find a hairstylist when I moved to Elmira and im so happy to have found this place and Haley!

Creative Designs is a wonderful salon in a fantastic new space. The team ensures that every client receives a warm welcome as soon as they walk in the door and provides excellent service. Christy always gives me a fantastic cut and color, even when I have no idea what I want to do next with my hair. She also did the most amazing style for me for my wedding.

I absolutely love Creative Designs Beauty Salon. All the Staff are friendly and professional. Linda has been doing my hair for years, and she always does an amazing job. I would highly recommend going there. You won't be disappointed.

Christy and her staff are the BEST of the BEST. I have been going to Christy for several years. She is not only a great beautician, she is a phenomenal owner. She takes everyone under her wing and sees they are taken care of. She is easy to talk to. She is honest and upfront. I am a nurse, however if I were a beautician, I would certainly want to work in her shop! I have never been disappointed with anything she has done with my hair. I sit in the chair and give her free rein. Not many places you can go and have that kind of trust!
