Very friendly staff but I was charged for a haircut I did not get due to me them having me pay before they closed the register since my stylist was taking longer than expected. I showed up early and was informed she was running behind so it felt like it was rushed and I left with hair dye stains all over my face , neck, ears, and shirt (for $350 before tip) Very sweet though, just wish I recieved the same amount of effort as the other clients and it's not like I showed up late and I had originally booked a longer service than what I ended up getting.

had been thinking of getting my hair cut but didn't becuase I couldn't find someone I trusted with my hair becuase of past experiences with other salons but my gosh did this place become my #1 spot. My last minute decision ended up being the best decision ever! I got the best haircut i've ever gotten. Got so many compliments the following day and best part is I loved it so much! Liset did an absolutely amazing job. Got so lucky with her!

I visited this salon after my hair suddenly got uncontrollably and extremely knotted. I had spent around 20 hours over the course of a weekend brushing out my hair and only was able to get it around 80% brushed through. The last portion of my hair was in the back and heavily/densely knotted. I tried but couldn't get them out on my own. Creations was able to get me in the same day and get fully detangled in around 2 hours. This is especially impressive because I have extremely long hair (to my knees). My stylist was also able to guide me on hair care and how to improve my routine. All of this was done without making me feel ashamed of the state of my hair, with minimal pain, and for a fair price. I walked out of that salon feeling so RELIEVED! Very happy with my results! Thanks for saving

i went to get my hair done & i was fortunate enough to get amazing ms Liset! right off the bat she created a safe space for me and let me know i had nothing to be afraid of (i had let her know i have bad experience with previous haircuts/hairstylists). she guided me through the entirety of the process she was doing with my hair and did the best job. safe to say i will be going back again if i ever need anything done to my hair. she did an amazing job not only with the entire process, but an amazing job at making it a comfortable space for me to just trust her and know that my hair was going to turn out fine!

This is the 2nd time we've made an 'appointment ' for one of the kids, that was completely disregarded. Im talking a 30 min+ wait. This place now feels like a smart style or a super cuts. We go during the early work day when its slow and its still like this. Because we know, for other reasons, we dont want to be there after 4pm. It just used to be such a nice salon and its sad its gone so downhill :( This time we actually left to go to SUPER CUTS! Frustrating.
