Today was my first visit to Creative Nails, and I can say I have NEVER been so impressed! Chen did an amazing job with my nails. She was so kind, professional and gentle with my hands during the manicure. She paid such close attention to detail, and took her time to perfect every step while also asking multiple times to confirm that I was happy with shape, length, color etc). The business was clean and quiet, the prices are very fair, plus I was taken for my appointment immediately upon arrival. I would very highly recommend Creative Nails (and Chen) for your next nail day!

I had an amazing pedicure experience here! A young lady took care of me, and she did an incredible job. She was gentle, professional, and really paid attention to detail. The massage was especially relaxing, one of the best I’ve had during a pedicure! My feet felt so soft and refreshed afterward. She took her time, made sure I was comfortable, and made the whole experience feel like a treat. Highly recommend her and this place!

They always do a great job here. They are always super friendly and thorough. Yesterday I accidently overpaid and the woman who did my nails (I wish I could remember her name!!) Ran back out to bring me the extra money, so many other places wouldn't have done that.

I took my granddaughter into Creative Nails on Main st in West Warwick. What a disaster! That woman totally took advantage of a 14 year old. She wanted a manicure and her toes only painted. She was in such a hurry to do her nails and then gave her a pedicure, too. She did NOT want a pedicure and was too shy to say anything. She had to hurry because she had another customer that came in. Shame on her taking advantage of a 14 year old.

Thon is absolutely amazing ! She always goes above and beyond when working on me whether it be my feet’s or nails !! Her designs are speechless! I can show her any design and she always kills it ! She’s such a kind hearted genuine person …. I highly recommend seeing Thon or any of the amazing ladies that work there !!
