I would give them a ZERO if i could. I made a mistake on buying the wrong wig. I realized when i got in the car and immediately went back in. i asked could i return it and they told me its non refundable and i could get store credit. So i asked could i use the store credit to buy the right wig and pay whatever else is needed. He told me no and it’s final sale. He just sold me the wig 2 minutes ago, and even his workers were on my side. The wig is not even worth the $160 i paid for it. Tracks were showing and everything. I get that it was my mistake but NEVER AGAIN!!

Jasmine, was a big help in the store, she has style and pizzazz, and her hairstyle is up-to-date with her advice. when you come in, ask for her and she can help you out. Customer Service was really excellent.

I got soooooo many complements on this wiggggg. The human and mix fibers are so realistic and cost-effective. IT WAS ON SALE FOR $20. And get this, it's a HALF WIG! I brought it straight off the mannequin! If you love curls like me,definitely check them out!

I just bought an item when I got home saw it was damaged. I went back to replace it but didn't have another one. I asked them to refund me. They told me I will not get my refund. They keep my money. They want me to get something else but I need the same article in good condition. They didn't give me my money back
