Stylist said she would redo the braids but i declined as u can see the owner of the establishment doesn't like bad reviews and instead of reaching out she takes to Facebook. Good reviews come with bad and anyone who has a business knows that. Look at the bad reviews as learning experiences. My money is spent with everyone not just black owned I spend my money where I am respected. It's quality not quantity.

I usually receive great customer service here. Me and my two daughters are regulars. The stylist are usually professional.. Not "Dess" today. Me and my 10 year old daughter was turned around because we were 15 minutes late and we literally walked in the shop at 4:15.The stylist "Dess" was taking walk-ins!!!! and said she could not braid my daughter's hair!!!It really pissed me off because I left work early just to rush and pick up my daughter!!I rush over and get turned around. Over fifteen minutes. Her Birthday is this weekend.I truly believe it was an underlined reason why she cancelled or she just simply didn't want to do her job. Never coming back!

I love this shop. Ke is very knowledgeable about me and my daughter's hair and the correct products to use. We have also gotten services from the braiders and great and lasting service. Money well spent. My son loves the 3 male barbers and will go to either one. The restrooms are clean. Everyone is friendly.

Very unprofessional! The barbers seem as if they are not license. The men are very disrespectful to women and the owner is no better because she condones it. Play very inappropriate music even when kids are present. On one occasion I got there and the barbers was outside smoking illegal substance from the smell. I am beyond shocked of the lack of professionalism the staff and most of all the owner displayed. I Don’t recommend

Everytime I go to this place they are very clean nice and professional. I have a cousin who actually works here all of the professionals are very well rounded disciplined and phenomenal! Great work people I am definitely proud of all of you! From Didi's cousin Weedy🥰 God Bless You All🙌♥️
