Chrystal makes you look and feel amazing when you leave! She really can transform your hair into exactly what you want! You can tell she understands the science behind coloring, styling and processing hair without damaging your hair (lightening/ bleaching). It makes you feel very comfortable and excited for the work she can do! I trust her entirely with my hair. I get Balayage Blonde and it is stunning every time!

Chrystal is an amazing stylist and artist! I was referred to her when my stylist retired and I am so happy that I found her. Her eye for color is spot on and I'm so happy with the modern and stylish way she's done my color. She listens to me about what I envision for my hair and also helps me see the possibilities of how to change things up to keep it fun and interesting. She's also great at cutting my curly hair and working with the natural curl that I have. I highly recommend Chrystal!

Chrystal is very professional and kind. She is great at helping decide on the details of a haircut idea and listens to her clients. I have only had cuts and no coloring, but with cuts she has been great at not making me feel rushed even if she is busy. I appreciate that she likes to look at your hair dry before beginning to get a good sense of your hair texture and your goals. Some stylists just start off by washing your hair and don't really know what your hair looks like naturally. Even better, she is just a really sweet and friendly person!

Chrystal did a really bad job with my highlights, after I contacted her letting her know I didn't like it, she ignored my messages and emails, I pleaded with her that I really wanted it fixed but she said she couldn't accommodate me and the next day she was leaving on a trip, she made a number of excuses and left me hanging. My bday was coming and also had a trip and she left me with ugly looking hair, but she wanted me to wait for her to come back in 10 days to fix it. After the horrible experience and lack of professionalism and seriousness of this woman I asked for a refund, I even said partial would be ok, she then outright ignored me and never responded. This is not acceptable and this person is horrible, lacking decency and respect for others, she thought she could run me over and di

I love her! I have been going to Chrystal for almost 2 years now and I have no complaints! I had long hair and needed a haircut for a change. I had a bad experience from another saloon and then researched a lot and found Chrystal in Red Stella saloon! She had a consultation with me and suggested me not to go short on first attempt and be overwhelmed with the change. And she did it right! I am so happy she opened up her own business and I would recommend anyone to her for haircuts, color and anything about hair!!
