The lady who did mine was named Melody, she didn’t speak to me at all. The nail polish was very streaky looking and she only did two coats. They are very see-through. She left big chunks of glue on the backside of my nails. She also charged me for them to be shaped. When all I asked for was almond, which is a very simple shape and it’s not like I was just gonna leave them the way they were and not have them shaped. She also charged for the length when I literally told her I want them pretty short they’re not even long. My friend got hers done at the same time. Hers were slightly shorter than mine and she didn’t get charged, but I got charged an extra five bucks. Overall, I was very disappointed. They were also very slow and not kind. All of my friends are also disappointed with their nails

She was amazing and loan and Danny know me pretty well. I’ve been coming to Cozy for a while now on and off and I’m pretty skeptical when it comes to people painting and getting the nails completely perfect but Mimi was amazing

I always go to this salon for gel manicures but I decided to try acrylics for the first time and I had a wonderful experience. Loan, the owner, did my nails and she did a fantastic job. The experience was very comfortable and she followed my nail inspiration very well and I am super duper happy with my nails! :)

The owner was very rude to me ignoring when I called. Ignoring me speaking to her. What a rude 5 letter word. Actually what took place was I got a fill on Saturday night. Kevin did my fill he seems new to doing acrylic nails. He couldn’t shape or do the cat eye design he had to get help from another worker after I complained. The color was on the cat eye design wheel. My nail broke by Sunday night the so now storm came and I couldn’t get back until Thursday. I called and told you I’d be coming back. After that you choose not to answer my calls twice. I showed up and you look annoyed. He couldn’t even do the cat eye the second time and another worker had to help him. Your staff finding the color was a you problem. Absolutely love the nail techs there. Loan is my favorite she never disappoints. I love flowers and she always out does her self every time! She had flowers that she received for an occasion recently and they were on her station. She used it as today’s inspiration and my nails came out amazing! I do dip with a design!
