Cozy Nail Salon

It has always been great, except now has become a money grab. The owner becomes nasty if you don't open your wallet up and leave a bunch of money there for a simple manicure and pedicure. And she thinks people are going to keep coming back for that nasty comments from her. And after you spend all that money she still makes comments like you are cheap when you don't want to keep going. Sad that she can't hold her mouth. Sad that I can't keep going there.

I had been a loyal customer at Cozy Nails and always got excellent spa pedicures from Kim, but she was nothing and I had a spa pedicure in which my left leg was accidentally cut and bled for some time, but it was carefully cleaned and I paid for the pedicure and tipped the person who gave the pedicure. Unfortunately the scratch was deeper than thought and when I was able to go out after having a complicated hip replacement and stopped by to show that I still had a scab where I was cut, and said that in view of the injury I thought I should get a discount on my next pedicure. RUBY one of the owners started to scream at me out loud in front of the staff and customers and pulled money from the register and told shoved it in my hand, and told me that I could not come back, that I should find a

Had a very uncomfortable experience here. I get my lashes done down the block and walked by and it was empty so walked in hoping to get a pedicure, which they were able to accommodate. The two Asian women made rude remarks while trying to upsell me services that I continued to decline. At first I didn’t realize they were talking about me because I don’t assume if they’re speaking mandarin, that they’re talking about the clients, I just assume it’s their native language and the one they’re comfortable speaking to one another. It wasn’t until they switch back to english and kept making rude comments that I realized they were talking about clients the whole time. It was almost like they were trying to bully me into services and add ons I didn’t want, and because I kept declining they got eve

excellent place to get nails done- nice and clean! wide variety of colors available as well as relative low costs. it was $38 for a regular mani and pedi!

I have been going to this salon for many years now and have always been satisfied with the quality and creativity in the results. I often ask for custom designs on my nails and they always surprise me with their attention to detail. Highly recommend this amazing and hospitable salon for any of your nail needs.
