Cowboys Nail Bar

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I brought two guests with me and paid over $350 for manicures and pedicures. The gel polish on my hands began peeling the very next day, which is inexcusable for a service at this price point. It was obvious the nail technician lacked proper skill and training. When I returned to have the issue corrected, the front desk staff was shockingly unprofessional—rude, dismissive, and without a single apology for the inconvenience. I left with my nails damaged, brittle, and in worse condition than before. This business is poorly managed, lacks basic customer service, and delivers substandard results. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration…go elsewhere.

If i could rate no stars i would. Not very clean and sanitary. Sunny was great and quick and i hate she has to pay for the mistakes of others but i called the front desk bc i received a gift card and wanted to use it. I called to ask if i could use the gift card there even though it says cowboy frisco she says yes. I come in to use it after my services and she now says you can’t use that here. I even showed her where i. Called her beforehand and she lied and said she told me no. I politely told her she never told me no. Bc why would i still come if you said no? I said I’m willingly to pay the remaining of what’s due bc my gift card has $70. She then states that i need to figure it out. We went back and forth about it and i paid it but i would never go back. Love it. My daughter had Don who was amazing. I had Seoul and she was so good. I didn't know I needed massage like that until I had it!! 100٪ recommend!!

I don’t leave bad reviews but I felt the need to because of the lack of consideration and disregard to our request. I recently took my daughter to Cowboys Nail Bar for a full set and unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. The manager/nail tech had a lack of consideration for our request, seemed disinterested and chose to do whatever was easier for her. Our request was short acrylic with black French tip. Due to past experiences with dip, I told the manager we did not want dip (3 times). I expressed how my daughter plays sports and in the past she’s had dip done there and they tend to break easily. However, with acrylic they have not broken. She told me it was fine they would do acrylic. I left to Target and (again) told the manager acrylic no dip. I return and notice

I’ve been to many nail salons, but this one truly stands out. The staff are super friendly, the place is clean and relaxing, and my nails have never looked better! 💅✨ Highly recommend for anyone who wants beautiful nails and a great experience every time
