Poor customer service. The salon refused to refund my deposit even though my “missed appointment” was the result of an error from THEIR booking system. They have taken no accountability for their mistake, and I have been consistently ignored despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue. If you want to avoid the hassle of scrambling to find another stylist on short notice due to poor professionalism, disputing a transaction with your bank, filing a complaint with the BBB, and writing a Google review, I would recommend not booking here, especially with Chaka.
