I booked an appointment with D'Naya and arrived 10 minutes early then messaged her to confirm which unit she was in. She responded saying she was sorry but that she wasn't there. I had a booked appointment and drove 45 minutes to see her for her not to be there and no communication about cancelling or rescheduling. honestly ridiculous and extremely unprofessional!!

0 STARS!!! SCAM ALERT... Moved to Kennesaw area via listed on Groupon.. Different # on website than listed on Groupon.. Reached out to Both on numerous occasions no answer... Finally got an answer from website #. Was told she was sick to text the appt details and she would lock them in.. The appointment was scheduled a month out on my Birthday. Never received the confirmation of appointment after reaching out multiple times for confirmation.. Reached out again after appointment for her to tell me shes now accepting appointments.. With my Groupon now about to expire, I told her I would like to know the opening before it expired.. NEVER HEARD FROM HER AGAIN...Would not respond to the multiple attempts.. Sooo MONEY WASTED.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR BE SCAMMED OUT OF YOUR MONEY!!

I had never waxed any part of my body but D'Naya made me feel very comfortable, reassuring me it wasn't gonna be as bad as I had pictured in my mind. It literally took her a mere 2 to 3 minutes to wax my underarms, she then cleaned and moisturized the area then applied some essential oils that she blends and sells. Overall I had a great experience, that resulted in slower regrowth under my arms. I am very pleased, will book her again and refer everyone I know.

DNaya was great. I had a facial and I am so self conscious about my skin, but she made me feel at ease. She’s very professional and it’s obvious she cares for the customer. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
