Courthouse Executive Suites

Have really enjoyed being so close to the courthouse and that this space offers all utilities and two parking lots. Our clients never have a problem finding the building when we tell them it is directly across the street from the backside of the courthouse. Attorneys can walk to court; clients can park here and do not have to absorb the courthouse parking fee. Also, have reception upfront that greets our clients pleasantly and professionally, and then calls our office to announce the client so that we can go to the front and escort the client to our office. That is a nice touch that is included.

This office building has been our best move yet. It's conveniently located across the street from the Courthouse making it super easy to give our clients directions to us and FREE parking to offer our clients. The offices are always clean and the best part is the security. Ms. Colleen (Office Manager) is reliable and professional, I love working with her and it's always a pleasure to have our clients greeted with her enthusiasm.

This office building offers a great work space, not just for attorneys, but for other professionals as well. I was pleased with the ease of leasing in this location due to convenient parking, janitorial services, and utilities all being included in the rent. The office manager, Colleen Tomassetti, ensures the building is well maintained and greets guests in a professional and courteous manner. She is truly a significant value added to this property.
