I am really satisfied with my haircut. Anna did a really great job!

Anna was absolutely wonderful! She listened when I was specific about the exact length I wanted where at many other salons I have been to were drastically off by what I had asked for. Thank you Anna again for the flawless haircut!

I came in less than an hour before they closed on a Friday and was able to get a walk-in appointment no questions asked. Anna gave me a great cut and even better customer service!

This has to be the worst run location in the entire Cost Cutters line up!! I had high hopes when it reopened from the previous disastrous leadership , but it's even worse now. I've tried going here several times and even when it's litterely empty of any customers your turned away and told someone else is coming soon. On one trip there they were supposed to open at 9am, I waited until 915 and nobody showed up. At 1045am I went back and they were open but I was told they had no openings until 130pm. Nobody was in the store!! I said what happened to being open at 9am. Girl responded that the owner didn't get there until 1030am because she "had to go to the bank" I said so why can't I get it cut right now? She replied "well she's at lunch right now". I said so she got her at 1030am, worked 1

Ryleigh is absolutely amazing! She did wonders with my hair even though it was pretty damaged. Would absolutely recommend!
