I've had nothing but great experiences with this salon! I struggled to find someone capable of handling my hair type (4C) for the last few years, and I didn't know of anyone who could handle my kids' hair types (both 4A). When I spoke with Jenny, she was able to show me examples of work she'd previously done with others having similar hair. I tried her out with my son first, and she did great! So when she decided to venture on her own and open her own salon, it was a no-braier that we would follow her. My son loves getting haircuts from her! He's 5 now, but was 3 when he first got a haircut from her. She's so patient and kind with him, which helped make the process easy for him. Botanica is amazing! I booked my appointment with Jennifer and she was so incredibly helpful when I asked her advice for what to do with my curly hair. I’m so in love with the cut she did for me and she also styled super cute bangs as well. I can easily say my self-confidence was boosted by a million thanks to Jennifer. 10/10 will continue supporting this wonderful business.
