I'm 75 and was charged the regular price and I read that Tuesday haircuts were $12 all day, but I got a very good haircut

Lisa is very courteous and professional. Does a really nice job. Very pleasant experience always.

I told Amy the stylist, I just grew a certain part of my hair in the front out, and it finally went behind my ears and I asked her to make sure that she doesn’t cut it short In that spot again. I don’t know why this happens every time with every person I go to, so I don’t know that it’s necessarily her, but I don’t know how to explain to a person any better other than I’m gonna put it in a ponytail and say this part, you cannot cut at all and they’re not to touch it.

Very conveniently located near our house and able to get in for a kids cut last minute. Stylist Kaeleen was great with the kids, gave us the style we wanted, and asked if there was any touch ups we wanted at the end.

DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT HERE!!! Lisa seemed under the influence of something, talking about animal skulls and repeating herself should have been a huge red flag. She cut my hair 7 inches shorter than we spoke about even after I showed her a picture of me after my last long layer trim. Multiple times we addressed keeping it SHOULDER LENGTH but she chopped it like a child with scissors. Amy seemed annoyed and complacent when I was upset and confused as to why I asked for the managers number. I was told it’s a franchise and the owner never answered when I called. When I went to get it fixed at another place the stylist agreed that it was a horrible haircut and was concerned that she thinned one side and left the other side untouched.
