I had such a great experience at this salon! Everyone there is friendly, warm, and welcoming the moment I walked in. Kathryn, my stylist was a joy to sit with—great conversation, super sweet, and she did an amazing job on my hair. You can tell Kathryn truly cares about her clients too. My appointment started at 11am and it did not finish until 1:40pm. I have long, thick, curly hair and was there to get it washed and blown out with some heat styling for some loose wavy curls. I was up front about all of that when I scheduled the appointment. I even stated that most stylists take 60-90 minutes to this to my hair. I’m new to the area (so I do not have a regular stylist) but have had this service done literally 100 times or more throughout the years. The stylist was new and super sweet throughout, so I was really patient. But I did have to ask her to dry my hair more before she started styling as you cannot straighten/heat style damp hair. I explained that the most important thing to me was that my hair be smooth all the way to the scalp. After hours in the chair, she finish
