UPDATE: 08/12/2025 @ 6:00 p.m. SJ called me to ask me to come back so she could give the girls the haircuts they requested. Her and another stylist fixed their haircuts and they left happy. Thank you for reaching out and making my 1 star visit turn into a 4 star visit. I think it would be helpful if the pricing was posted somewhere, if not on the website then in the store, or the stylist should let you know that a shampoo for kids is $14.95 and the haircuts start at $25. 08/12/2025 @ 10:00 a.m. appointment I requested 2 kids haircut to keep the length with long layers and at most received a trim. The stylist was not kid friendly or inviting. I’m guessing that may be because of her inexperience. For 2 kids haircuts + shampoo, I paid $68.91.

Terrible haircut. The stylist seemed very poorly trained. She was by herself in the store. I didn’t want to give her much trouble, so I didn’t say anything. I’m just not gonna come back. Every time I come to one of these stores, it’s a bad experience. Goodbye

It was my first visit to this salon. Very pleased with my experience. I love my haircut and will be coming back for regular trims.

It’s always a good experience when I get a haircut at Cost Cutters. Stylist is always polite and friendly more importantly providing a great haircut. SJ is a real asset to the business.

I asked for a trim and long layers. She gave me choppy layers. I even showed her a picture. I am so upset. I am never coming back!!! So disappointed. I showed her the pic, layers starting at the chino and I have layers in The back way shorter than thw side and the front. Horrible!!!
