Kylie did an amazing job on my hair. I have a black tie gala to attend and my hair tends to be an issue for me, mostly because I never know what to do with it. She made it look absolutely stunning and elegant. It is going to go so well with my dress and the overall vintage esthetic I decided on, and all she had was an antique velvet bow hair piece to go off of.

Shawna at the North Liberty, Iowa location is the best. She has been cutting my hair for years. She always cuts my hair amazing and I leave feeling better each time. It’s hard finding stylists that understand male Hispanic hair so once I found her I made sure to see her every time. It’s always worth driving up from Iowa city to see her. Truly the best around!!

I got my hair absolutely butchered here the other day. Showed five photos of what I wanted and it turned out absolutely nothing like what I asked for. The lady didn't double check on the length on the sides before cutting and cut it way way too short. I will never come back to this location. Everyone I know has said what happened to your hair, and I've showed photos and they all said it's nothing even remotely close to it.

I was checked in very fast. I explained that I use a 2 guard on my sides and back. I asked that she blended my sides and top with the same amount that she cut off with the clippers. I think I had to tell her 4 or 5 times that she was not cutting the same amount off when referencing what she cut off with the clippers. I thought hair grew around the same length on the top and sides. Idk what she was doing but it took 15 minutes to cut one section of my hair. Usually they use their fingers lined up straight and just cut. She was not doing that and I had to show her how. I can tell there are still long spots in my hair. Now, I have to go to another hair cutting store to have them fix it and spend more money. It shouldn't cost over $50 plus tip for one simple haircut. If I can get my money back
